GUIDED BIKE RIDES


Brush up on your skills, learn new tips and enjoy the highs of riding alpine single track.

On Saturday, our highly skilled instructors will guide you around the village trails, tweaking your position and technique. On Sunday, enjoy the exhilaration of riding Mt Buller's iconic, Delatite Trail. With 13 river crossings as you descend from the village to Mirimbah Park, this is the most fun you will have on a mountain bike! Suitable for beginner and intermediate riders.

COOKING SCHOOL, WITH ANTONY HENARE


Join chef, Antony Henare for a cooking class focused on healthy eating habits. Talk with Antony about nutrition and dietary requirements that are necessary in today's society. Apply these lessons to your home cooking and minimize the need for individual meals or catering to special dietary requirements.

Learn how to prepare, cook and eat quinoa, lamb and feta salad and gluten free jam centered donuts.

Antony is a very accomplished chef who has cooked for many celebrities the likes of Bill Clinton, Dan Quaid president and Vice President of the USA also David Bowie,Rolling stones, Kylie Minogue and many others, he was also requested as private chef on luxury motor yachts cooking for the likes of Peter Allan and many others. He is a executive chef member of Les Toques Blanches and also is a chef judge in many Awards around the world for excellence in the chef industry.
