A fun and active day out for ladies! Reconnect and recharge with our special one day Mind Body Bike event to kick off the 2017/18 season. Not to mention enjoy a welcome day out with a great group of women!
Meet @TheSpace Studio at 8am to start your day with a restorative pilates class tailored to set up and stretch your body for the day ahead.
The ATC Joyrider bus will meet the group at the conclusion of class and transfer all to Bonnie Doon for the start of the Rail Trail ride. Once everyone is set up on their hire bike, you'll love crossing the Bonnie Doon bridge, before cruising through countryside and farm land on your 22km journey to Mansfield.
Reward your efforts with a delicious lunch at the Delatite Hotel, whilst sharing stories and enjoying the company of new friends.
