Mindful movement to increase strength, flexibility, balance and confidence - both physically and mentally. A balanced blend of yoga, pilates and meditation to support body, mind and soul.

Saturday 16th February, 3pm-4.30pm: How do you want to feel?
This 1.5 hr class combines yoga-pilates, mindfulness, plus time for reflection and journalling to tune into your authentic desires. When we tune into both body and mind (and get past the mental chatter), we naturally tap into our inner wisdom and arrive at a place of aligned action in life.
Sunday 17th February, 10.30am-12pm: Creating Space.
About your instructor...
Uschi is a yoga-pilates instructor, facilitator, coach and thai massage therapist with a deep belief in the healing power of nature and mindful movement. Born and bred in Mansfield-Mt Buller she runs women's nature-based events that combine movement, time in nature and conversation. She's passionate about supporting women to feel safe, confident and free in their bodies, in their lives and on this Earth.
