THE SELFCARE REVOLUTION

2020 was a wild ride. And in times of challenge, self-care practices not only help us stay sane, they also help us to harvest the wisdom that arises out of the tough times. COVID 19 has shaken things up... And perhaps we're not meant to go back to 'normal'? Perhaps there's a new world and new way of life waiting? What does life look like when we dare to listen to the whispered voice within; when we dare to lead from selfcare and love?

Blending selfcare tools and practices like yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, journalling and conversation, this session is a chance to nurture yourself while you clarify what matters most; what you need; and what sort of life you truly want to create into the future.

Join yoga teacher and women's wellness coach Uschi Steedman for a few hours of movement medicine and soulful sustenance as we imagine a future of vitality and connection.

Life shakes us up for a reason. Challenge invites transformation, and its selfcare principles and practices that help us to navigate our way through.
