This Flight Deck skills clinic is suitable for intermediate to advance riders looking to advance their flow and speed on descending terrain. You will learn art of Jump riding, the bio mechanics of jumps, increase your balance and stability to build confidence, apply pressure for greater control, make use of effect maneuvers to increase flow, enhance your trail vision and skills required to master all shapes of jumps.
Time 9.30am - 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break (lunch not provided)
Suitable for intermediate to advance riders
NOTE: You must purchase a Mysitc Park Blue Dirt Shuttle pass additionally to the clinic.
What to Bring:
Serviced and safe operational mountain bike
Australian Standard Helmet
Knee guards
Bike spares eg. tubes
Water and snacks
Any medications
Please arrive 15min earlier to sign in at the Mystic shuttle pickup point next to the BBQ shelter.
