YOGA, SOUND AND REIKI JOURNEY


A two hour journey of movement, sound and healing touch to find your centre and deeply nurture mind, body and soul.

Our experience begins with a gentle slow-flow yoga practice and weaves into a guided meditation and singing bowl journey.


Participants will receive hands-on reiki during the sound healing, supporting the mind-body to deeply relax and regenerate. 


The yoga and sound experience is open to all levels of yoga experience including complete novices. And if you've never experienced sound healing, there will be no better place than the beautiful high country mountains for your first taste!

About your hosts...

Your journey will be guided by Angela and Uschi.

Angela is a sound healer and myotherapist who works magic with her singing bowls. Using the energetics of sound she supports your system to clear and clarify the energy centres of the body. @Freedombodyandsound (FB and Insta)

Uschi is a yoga teacher, thai massage therapist and reiki practitioner whose love of movement and healing touch invites others to meet their own bodies and hearts with deep love and appreciation. www.uschisteedman.com

COVID POLICY

MBB follows a COVIDSafe Plan aligned with Victoria's Roadmap and requires all participants to adhere to the following principles (if enforced by the Victorian Government at the time of the event). If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, cough or sore throat or if you are currently waiting on your results of a COVID screen test, please notify us and do not attend any sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Space at MBB is limited. If you cancel your booking and we are unable to fill your spot, there will be a fee charged to cover workshop expenses and accommodation costs (20% fee within two weeks, higher if within one week). If for any reason the event needs to be cancelled, participants will be refunded.
